Because we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on all items (merchandise being returned must arrive back in our shop within 30 days from the date of your order). To return items, please locate your particular situation below: 


My Order Arrived, But it is Incorrect or Damaged 

If you discover a problem with your order, e-mail us. We will work with you to make sure the problem is corrected promptly, and we will pay all postage on return and replacement shipments. PLEASE NOTE: All Damage and incomplete shipments must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Delays in reporting discrepancies to us will result in a loss of claim. The "date" that your order is received will be the date UPS delivered your order (according to their tracking data) or the date that the US Postal Service delivered your order (according to their "delivery confirmation" service). 


You Decide You Don't Want it - It's Unopened & Unused 

If you change your mind after ordering, merchandise may be returned to us for an in-store credit or a refund. To qualify for a return of this type, all supplies must be unopened and/or unused, and all postcards must be in the original condition as when they were shipped. Please note that your refund amount for returns of this type will be less your original shipping charge, and you are also responsible for the costs involved in shipping the item(s) back to us (we pay all postage on damaged or incorrect shipments; please see above). Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit on your credit card or a company check. 

To return merchandise for this reason, e-mail us. Within 48 hours you will receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us (NOTE: we cannot accept returns without a RMA #)Write this number on the outside of your return package, include your original packing slip, and mail it to:

You may want to purchase insurance or delivery confirmation for the shipment back to us. If we don't get it back, we cannot issue a refund or credit. 


You Try it and Don't Like it - It's Opened and/or Used 

Because we can't resell opened packages, we cannot accept returns for this reason.
